Reflections
After a long debate over what to title my EP, I decided to go with "Reflections." This is the title of one of the tracks I decided not to record, but I feel that the title encompasses the feeling of the songs. Below you will find the EP's tracklist; under each song is a playlist of songs that hold similar themes to or helped inspire the song in question as well as a link to the lyrics of the song.

"Burial Rites"
This track is the first full song I ever wrote. It drew mainly on the singer-songwriters I was raised on, which is seen in the playlist linked below. To me this is a song about finding a place where you feel truly at peace and falling in love with it.

"Changes"
03
This song was another one of the earlier songs I wrote. It's unique because it's probably the only song I wrote in one sitting and haven't edited since. It is my favorite instrumentally out of the songs I recorded.

"Forward, Forward (autocaps)"
This song falls into the trope of "right person, wrong time." It's primarily about regret and borrows ideas from other works with that theme: most notably "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost and "Sidelines" by Phoebe Bridgers.
